Terms and Conditions
Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of 35% deposit.
Cancellations can only be refunded in the event of no loss of alternative booking.
The balance is due no later than 1 week before the event.
It is the Hirers responsibility to inform the Supplier of any services (water, sewerage, electric, telecommunication etc…) traversing the site that may affect the erection of the hired tents.
The site should be reasonably level and well drained.
Vehicle access right up to site is assumed and any extra carrying will be charged @£20/hr.
All electrical installations must be carried out by a competent electrician and with our agreement.
In some circumstances it may be necessary for our own stewards to be present at the event.
Dressers and decorators must discuss in advance all materials they will be using. Staple guns, pins and some adhesive tapes can damage the structure. Fabrics should be fire proofed and colour fast. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to see that all dressers and participants are aware of these conditions.
No wax candles, nightlights, oil lamps or other naked flames to be used in the tents.
In the event of severe weather conditions the supplier reserves the right to cancel and/or to determine the exact positioning of the hired tents.
All cancellations are to be in writing. All deposits are non refundable, unless specifically agreed in advance. Cancellations 1 month to 1 week prior to commencement of hire, 50% of cost of hire is liable. Cancellations less than 1 week prior to commencement of hire, 100% of cost of hire is liable.
In the unlikely event Castle Yurts Ltd need to cancel, a full refund will be given.
The Hirer is responsible for and agrees to indemnify the Supplier for all loss or damage to the equipment, whatsoever the cause.
The Hirer accepts responsibility for any damage to third parties occurring as a result of misuse of the structures.
